Behind translation4surveys
Carolina Ghelfi
Carolina started working as a freelance English/Spanish translator and interpreter in 1994 while completing her studies and certifications in translation and English teaching. In 2001 she founded Worldclass Media Group, an Argentine translation agency that served diverse industries and areas in most common language pairs. Eventually, however, she discovered a particular niche that no other agency had managed to address: specialized translations for the market research industry. Through intensive research, supported by experience providing quality translations to well-known market research companies such as Lieberman Research Worldwide and Penn, Schoen &Berland, Ms. Ghelfi decided to focus exclusively on this area. She founded Translation4Surveys LLC in 2004, thus establishing the basis for services dedicated to a critical sector of global commerce.
Tracy K. Bedsaul
Tracy brings nearly a decade of market research field management to Translation4Surveys. Prior to joining T4S in September 2010, Tracy was the fieldwork director for PSB, a market research & strategic consulting firm. She has developed expertise in both qualitative and quantitative research and has conducted fieldwork on behalf of Microsoft, BP, Coca-Cola, Dell, KPMG, McDonald’s, Estee Lauder, the US Treasury, RIM BlackBerry and Major League Baseball. She has coordinated fieldwork with PSB’s strategic partners in more than 60 countries and on 5 continents. Tracy graduated summa cum laude from Elon University in North Carolina with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Public Administration and Political Science. In her spare time she enjoys traveling with her husband, Jason, and has visited over 50 countries.
